What is your Money-Back Guarantee policy?

Mother Natal offers a Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to products purchased directly from our website or approved retailer partners. Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for a refund under this policy unless the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description.

The Money-Back Guarantee is specifically for first-time purchases within 30 days and is aimed at providing assurance for trying our products. It does not cover personal preferences like taste, smell, or texture. A regular refund/return applies to all purchases and covers faulty products, items not fit for purpose, or items that do not match the description. Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within 30 days but require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

How do I request a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee?
