Order Processing and Fulfilment

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse in Melbourne Australia. Orders placed before 10 AM ADST are dispatched the same day. Subscription orders receive priority dispatch.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Track your order using the tracking number sent via email after dispatch or via Shopifys Shop App. Delivery notifications are issued by the carrier.

We use primarily use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries. We offer DHL as an express option from some International regions.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75 and free express shipping on orders over $150.
