Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILMENT

Mother Natal engages a third-party logistics company located in Metro Melbourne for warehousing and order fulfilment services. Please note that in-person collection of orders is not permitted. Orders placed before 10 AM ADST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

2. SHIPPING CARRIERS

For deliveries within Australia, Mother Natal utilises the services of Australia Post. International orders are subject to varying service levels and delivery times. The responsibility for delivery timeframes lies solely with the carrier, and Mother Natal assumes no responsibility for any delays once the order has been dispatched.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Upon processing your order, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. You may track the progress of your order by following the prompts provided in the confirmation email. Should you be unable to locate your consignment number or have any inquiries regarding your shipped order, please contact us at hello@mothernatal.com.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Mother Natal accepts no responsibility for orders dispatched to incorrect addresses as provided by the customer.

5. LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED GOODS

The responsibility for tracking notifications rests with the carrier, and Mother Natal has no control over this process. In the event of lost, missing, or damaged goods, the responsibility lies with the carrier. Customers are advised to contact the carrier directly for resolution. If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

6. EDITING ORDERS

Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, Mother Natal is unable to make any amendments to the order details, including but not limited to, the items or the shipping address. Furthermore, cancellation of the order is not permissible at this stage. It is incumbent upon the customer to ensure that all order details are accurate and complete prior to confirming their purchase.

7. RECALLING ORDERS

In the event that a customer wishes to recall an order after it has been processed, such a request may be pursued through the carrier. It should be noted that the responsibility for initiating and managing a recall request rests solely with the customer, and any costs incurred in connection with this process will be borne by the customer. Mother Natal disclaims any liability for issues or delays that may arise from efforts to recall an order.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. 

9. SPECIAL SERVICES

Gift wrapping services are available at checkout, and additional charges may apply. The default shipping method is Authority To Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified by the customer at checkout. Customers may provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes) at checkout. 

10. SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING

Mother Natal reserves the right to amend shipping rates and thresholds without prior notice. Complimentary standard ATL shipping within Australia is available for orders over $75. Complimentary express shipping within Australia is available for orders over $150. Subscription customers receive priority dispatch, ensuring their orders are dispatched before those of one-time purchasers.

11. MULTIPLE ADDRESSES AND PO BOXES

To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed for each address. Mother Natal delivers to PO boxes.
