How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?
We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 10 AM ADST are dispatched the same day. Subscription orders receive priority dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
What shipping carriers do you use for deliveries within Australia?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. The delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and the service selected during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order by following the prompts provided in the confirmation email.
What should I do if my order is lost, missing, or damaged?
If your order is lost, missing, or damaged, please contact Australia Post directly for resolution. If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@mothernatal.com.
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amendments to the order details, including the shipping address. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your purchase.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. If the product is faulty or does not match the description, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary standard ATL (Authority to Leave) shipping within Australia for orders over $75. Complimentary express shipping is available for orders over $150. Subscription customers receive priority dispatch.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO boxes within Australia. Please ensure your PO box details are correctly entered during checkout.
What happens if I am not available to receive my order?
For standard ATL (Authority to Leave) shipping, your order will be left at your specified location if you are not available to receive it. For other delivery options, the carrier may leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or pick up from a nearby location.
Are there any additional charges for international orders?
Yes, for international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
