The Experts Behind Mother Natal
Ema is a practicing naturopath, clinical nutritionist, and certified fertility awareness educator with over a decade of experience in reproductive healthcare and fertility.
She has helped thousands of women navigate preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum with a holistic, evidence-based approach.
As a mother of two young children, Ema deeply understands the challenges and joys of motherhood. That’s why she co-founded Mother Natal—to provide women with the highest-quality nutrition, health, and wellbeing products, expert knowledge, and real support at every stage of their journey.
With deep clinical expertise and a passion for redefining maternal health, Ema is committed to helping you feel confident in the choices you make for yourself and your baby.
At Mother Natal, we’ve heard the stories: the feelings of overwhelm, lack of clear information, and the sheer exhaustion that mothers often face during pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. Time and time again, these struggles resonate.
The reality is stark—one in three women in Australia experience trauma during childbirth, and the rates of postpartum depression continue to rise. This is why we get out of bed every morning¹.
Our mission is simple: to empower mothers with evidence-based products and expert knowledge at every step of their journey.
Whether you’re navigating preconception, pregnancy, or early motherhood, our products are designed with your needs in mind.
