Complete Support Directions For Use: Adults - take 2 film coated tablets daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Magnesium Spray Directions of Use: Apply Magnesium Spray to clean skin on the legs, feet, shoulders, or back. Spray 5 to 10 sprays per area and gently massage in. Avoid broken skin or freshly shaved areas. May tingle on first use; this typically reduces with regular application.
Indications: Complete Support provides essential vitamins and minerals to enhance preconception health, support a healthy pregnancy, support healthy foetal development, and relieve morning sickness. Includes folic acid to help prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida when trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy
Warnings: Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner. If symptoms persist or worsen, talk to your medical practitioner. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. WARNING: Contains Vitamin B6 - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness, and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
