Belly & Body Oil: Apply daily to clean, dry skin. Massage gently into the belly, hips, thighs, and breasts, focusing on areas that feel dry or are stretching. Best applied after a shower or bath, when skin is still slightly damp, for maximum absorption.
Magnesium Spray: Apply 4 to 6 sprays to clean, dry skin on the arms, legs, belly, shoulders, or feet. Massage gently until absorbed. A tingle on first use is normal and often reduces with regular use. For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or broken skin.

Warnings: Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
