Australia’s Most Comprehensive Pregnancy Supplement
Developed in collaboration with the latest prenatal nutrition research, Complete Support delivers a unique formulation of 29 key nutrients in one, easy-to-take tablet.

Our prenatal vitamin is formulated with the most bioavailable forms of key nutrients, including Quatrefolic® (the active form of folate), Methylcobalamin (the active form of vitamin B12), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (the active form of vitamin B6), and Ferrous Bisglycinate (a gentle and highly absorbable form of iron). By using these active forms, Complete Support ensures optimal absorption and effectiveness, providing the best support for you and your baby.
Complete Support is crafted to be easy on digestion, making it ideal for expectant mothers who may experience nausea or digestive discomfort.
We've included chelated minerals, which are more easily absorbed and less likely to cause gastrointestinal issues compared to other forms of minerals.
Additionally, our formula contains Vitamin B6, which is known for its effectiveness in reducing morning sickness and nausea. These thoughtful ingredients work together to ensure you can maintain your nutrient intake comfortably, without the common side effects often associated with other supplements.
Complete Support includes Coenzyme Q10, Selenium, and Inositol, which support fertility health. Coenzyme Q10 supports energy production at the cellular level, which may benefit reproductive health. Selenium is known to support healthy thyroid function and act as an antioxidant. Inositol helps support ovarian function.
Complete Support contains Iron Glycinate II (Ferrous Bisglycinate), a gentle form of iron that is less likely to cause constipation compared to other forms of iron. This highly absorbable form of iron ensures you maintain healthy iron levels during pregnancy without the uncomfortable digestive side effects often associated with traditional iron supplements. It helps support red blood cell production and oxygen transport, crucial for both maternal health and fetal development.
Complete Support includes both Methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) the active form of folate and Folic Acid to ensure comprehensive folate support.
Methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) provides immediate bioavailability, while Folic Acid is included because it is the only form recognised by the TGA for supporting neural tube defect prevention.
This dual approach ensures all mothers, regardless of genetic differences, get the folate they need for optimal fetal development and maternal health.
Complete Support is formulated based on the latest scientific research, ensuring that every nutrient is provided in the optimal amount for you and your baby. We follow evidence-based guidelines to support foetal development, maternal health, and overall pregnancy well-being.
Complete Support is formulated to help maintain energy levels and reduce pregnancy-related fatigue.
It contains essential B vitamins, including B1 , B2, B3, B6, and B12, which are crucial for energy production and metabolism.
Iron (as Ferrous Bisglycinate) supports red blood cell production, aiding oxygen transport and combating fatigue.
Magnesium also plays a role in energy production and reducing tiredness.
Together, these nutrients help support sustained energy levels, keeping you feeling more energized throughout your pregnancy.

Folic Acid & Methylfolate:
Why Both Matter
When it comes to supporting a healthy pregnancy, folate (Vitamin B9) plays a vital role - particularly in the earliest weeks. But not all forms of folate are processed the same way by every body.
At Mother Natal, we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between what’s recommended and what’s well absorbed. That’s why Complete Support includes both Folic Acid and Methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) - two different forms of Vitamin B9, thoughtfully combined to support your needs.
The Folate Difference
- Folic Acid is the form of Vitamin B9 recognised by the TGA for helping to reduce the risk of neural tube defects, like spina bifida, when taken before conception and during early pregnancy. It’s also recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) for this purpose.
- Methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) is the most bioactive form of folate and is more easily absorbed by the body - particularly for individuals with an MTHFR gene variation, which may affect how folic acid is metabolised. While not currently included in public health guidelines for neural tube defect prevention, it supports broader folate intake and is often recommended in practitioner-led care.
By including both, we’ve designed Complete Support to offer more comprehensive folate coverage - supporting healthy development in a way that’s both evidence-backed and inclusive of individual differences.
Whatever your journey—whether you're planning, pregnant, or simply exploring your options—Complete Support is designed to meet you with care, clarity, and confidence.

Why Choline is Crucial for Your Baby’s Development
Choline is an important nutrient that supports your baby's development during pregnancy. Despite being present in foods like eggs, fish, and red meat, many women may not meet their recommended dietary intake during this time.
Why Choline Matters
Choline helps maintain healthy fetal central nervous system (CNS) development, supporting the formation of a healthy brain and nervous system. It is also involved in cell membrane formation, which is crucial for fetal growth.
Many major prenatal brands fail to include choline in their formulations, which can leave mothers unaware of its importance.
At Mother Natal, we believe in empowering mothers to make informed decisions about their health and their baby's development.
Complete Support provides 350 mg of highly absorbable choline per serving to help support your increased needs during pregnancy and promote healthy foetal development.

The Importance of Iron During Pregnancy
Iron plays a vital role in supporting a healthy pregnancy. As around 70% of our body’s iron is found in red blood cells, it becomes especially crucial during pregnancy to meet increased iron needs. Pregnant women need about 27 mg of iron daily to support the growing blood volume and deliver oxygen to the baby.
Understanding Increased Iron Needs
During pregnancy, your blood volume increases significantly to support the growing fetus and placenta. This increased demand makes pregnant women more vulnerable to iron deficiency, which can lead to anemia, fatigue, and complications like preterm birth. The World Health Organisation recommends iron supplementation to help reduce these risks and keep both mother and baby healthy
How to Choose the Best Iron Supplement
Not all forms of iron are equal, and choosing the right one is important for comfort and efficacy. Our Complete Support prenatal uses Ferrous Bisglycinate, a highly absorbable iron that is gentle on the stomach. This form helps minimize common side effects like constipation and nausea, ensuring you get the iron you need without discomfort.
Personalised Iron Needs for Every Mother
Every pregnancy is unique, and so are your iron needs. We recommend mothers seek individual testing to determine their specific iron levels. This personalized approach ensures you receive the right amount of iron throughout pregnancy, supporting both you and your baby.
With Complete Support, we’ve created a product that suits all mothers—delivering the right nutrients in the most bioavailable and gentle forms to support a healthy pregnancy journey
