Customers will be billed on the renewal date based on the selected subscription plan. Payment will be processed using the original payment method provided at the time of subscription. Customers can update their payment information through the customer portal.
8. PRIORITY DISPATCH
Subscription customers’ orders are given priority and are processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Once an order is processed via our website, it cannot be altered, including changes to the shipping address. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Returns and Refund Policy applies to subscription orders. Customers seeking a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee must follow the procedures outlined in the Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
